Fostering is a personal journey which is different for everyone and it’s important that you are happy with your fostering agency. If you would like to transfer to New Routes Fostering, we are here to help.

When you contact us, you will need to tell us that you would like to transfer from another agency. We will then make an appointment with you to discuss the process in full.

The transfer procedure will involve giving notice to your current agency and applying to foster with us. The steps are slightly different depending on whether you currently have a child or young person placed with you, because their needs must come first. You will need to consider whether the move is right for them. Whatever the case, we will work closely with you and your existing agency to make sure the process goes smoothly.
