You must be 21 years old to foster but there’s no upper age limit.
... my partner lives in a different home?
Yes, your partner will also be included in our assessment.
... I don’t have a spare bedroom?
No, a foster child cannot share a bedroom.
... I have a job?
Yes, if your work is flexible.
Can I transfer to New Routes Fostering?
Yes, as an already approved Foster Carer, you can transfer to New Routes Fostering.
